Dear customer,

after many years we have to the end of February 2023 our location in the Pappelallee in Berlin will be closed. Our warehouse is moving and our retail store is closed.

But we are still happy to be there for you around the clock - however exclusively online.

And here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions we have received in recent weeks:

→ How can I check the color and feel of the fabrics in the future without touching them in the store?
For all fabrics in our assortment you can conveniently check online fabric samples to check the color and feel of the fabrics "in real". This prevents bad purchases.

→ I always have pick up selected - can I still pick up my online orders somewhere?
A pick up of online orders is unfortunately no longer possible in the future.

→ I still have a valid voucher for the fabric store, how can I redeem it?
Should you still have valid store vouchers please contact us by email, we will gladly convert them into vouchers for the online store.
