Feel good in certified organic quality. Three layers of fabric have been loosely joined to create this organic muslin fabric called Triple Gauze. As a result, this muslin has more volume than a two-ply muslin, but is just as soft and pliable. The triple gauze fabric features a beautiful crepe texture , which means the fabric does not need ironing. This double gauze fabric is made from 100% organic cotton and is GOTS certified.
Use
Because muslin isparticularly absorbent , it is popular for burp cloths or baby diapers. Its softness makes muslin a perfect fabric for baby clothes and accessories, such as shawls or sleeping bags. Muslin is also very suitable for light curtains or summer blankets. The light and airy fabric is also particularly popular for summer clothing. The thin fabric protects from the sun and is breathable. Due to the crinkle effect, clothing made of muslin is also very suitable for vacations.
Our tips
- We recommend washing the fabric once before using it, as fabrics made of natural fibers can shrink during the first wash.
- Use a fine universal needle with a gauge of 60-70 for sewing.
